General sales conditions
By acceptance of these General Contracting Conditions the User declares:
- That he/she is a person with capacity to contract, of legal age.
- That he/she has read and accepts these general contracting conditions.
The User will have access always and, in any case, prior to the start of the procedure for contracting of products, to the contracting conditions, which can be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
The prices and rates applicable to contracting on the part of the user of the services will be those stated on the Website owned by Bodegas San Alejandro, at the time in which the user accesses the specific service, and proceeds to start the process of contracting.
The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached description. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in the currency Euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).
SHIPPING METHOD:
- Delivery zone
The sale of Bodegas San Alejandro products is only available in the Iberian Peninsula, and the delivery periods are fixed from 2 to 3 business days after the contracting of the order. The delivery period begins on the business day following the confirmation of the order.
- Shipping expenses
Shipping expenses will be 8.50 € for shipments of less than 30 €. If the purchase if more than 30 €, the shipping expenses will be free. The prices listed in this section include, in addition to the transport of the products ordered, their packaging in boxes especially designed for transporting bottles.
3. Orders made after 16:30h will be processed on the next business day.

SALES CONDITIONS:
The prices and texts published on the website www.san-alejandro.com are subject to variations without prior notice, including technical specifications. It is the obligation of the customer to check the goods delivered to them.
The User accepts these General Sales Conditions, which will remain accessible from the Website.
The contract is formalized in the Spanish language, in accordance with these Conditions.
The offers will have the validity specified in each case on the Website.
The User can consult the essential characteristics of each product by their description on the Website.
RETURNS:
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer will have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to process its return, in accordance with the applicable legislation. After these 14 days, Bodegas San Alejandro will not accept said return.
For the processing of a return, the user must contact Bodegas San Alejandro at the telephone no. +34 976892205 from which the necessary procedures will be carried out, under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including the purchase receipt and the delivery note of the product, as well as the reason for the return.
- The return must be sent to Bodegas San Alejandro located at Carretera Calatayud – Cariñena km. 16,4 – Miedes – Zaragoza – Spain. Return expenses will be borne by the customer.
- RIGHT REGARDING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is not in optimal condition and/or has any defect for reasons not attributable to the user, it can be returned in a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, proceeding to its substitution. The user will have the right to claim and be given an identical product, in perfect condition. In the event that the product is not available, the company will refund the amount that the customer has paid, including shipping expenses, according to the method of payment used in the purchase.
In the specific case of defective products, or those that do not correspond to the order made by the customer, the latter must show that the goods are incorrect or in poor condition. After verification by Bodegas San Alejandro and in the event that all information provided by the customer is correct, the customer will not be obliged to pay the costs of returning of said products.
- REFUND
As long as the user has conformed to the aforementioned conditions, Bodegas San Alejandro will proceed to refund the price paid, corresponding to the products returned by the user. In the case of return to withdrawal, Bodegas San Alejandro will not bear the shipping or return costs.
In the case of not conforming to the requirements included in these General Conditions, the user will not have the right to refund of any amount whatsoever.
If involving a partial return, the user will be refunded the corresponding amount for the products returned.
Bodegas San Alejandro will proceed on the return of the order with the same method of payment used by the user for the acquisition, or in the event that this is not possible, with one chosen by the winery that guarantees the indemnity of the user, in a period of 20 days after the collection of the product and after the pertinent verification of the condition of said product.
